How to find the right product

You can browse our products displayed on the "Main
Shopping" page. From there you can click on the images to view
more information.
2. Search
Enter a search term in the field located at the top of the page to find the product
you are looking for.
3. Recommendations and Related Products
Our home page has a selection of our best selling
products and special discounts. At the bottom of each individual product
page we display three related products, to help you choose the best options.

Whenever you add a product to your shopping cart or click on the 'View Cart' icon
at the top right of your page, you will be shown the contents of your cart with
details about the products you have selected.
You have full flexibility to edit the information in your cart before you proceed
to the checkout:
If you want to buy more of
the same products with different options, simply go back to the product page and
select your new choices.
To increase or decrease the number
of products, edit the quantity field and click on "recalculate"
To remove a product, add 0 (zero)
to the quantity field and click on "recalculate".
You can come back at any time within 30 days to continue your shopping at menopauseandbeyond.com.
When you are happy with your choices and you have added all the products you
are going to purchase, click on "Proceed to Checkout".
If you prefer to purchase by
fax or mail order, print the shopping cart page and use the information to fill
in the printable offline order form.
Checking out
There are 3 easy steps in our checkout process:
After you click on "Proceed
to Checkout" you will be presented with a form for your name, address and
comments. Use the comments field to send a message about your order, for example
delivery instructions or special requirements.
You will then be offered the
option to finalise the purchase online using your credit card on our secure server.
Your order will be delivered
to us and you will receive confirmation by email. All private details will kept
secure.

PDF Catalogue Orders
Many of our busy customers prefer to download our PDF
catalogue so they can shop when time is convenient. The catalogue contains
pictures, information and prices for our current stock. The last page has an order
form that you can send by mail or fax.

Email Orders
We accept orders by email from known ISP addresses, but please be aware that you
should not include private or financial information due to the security risk.
Of course, you are welcome to email
us from any email account to ask for information or just to say "hi!".
We recommend that you use email to find out about the products you wish to
order, or to negotiate a bulk order discount, then print our offline order
form and complete the transaction by fax, mail or telephone.

We accept the following payment methods:

You can send a Draft in United States Dollars (US$) or Australian Dollars (AU$).
Most banks, or perhaps your local Post Office, can provide these.
Personal or Bank Cheques. These
must be drawn on an Australian Bank, in Australian currency. Please use the currency
converter to calculate the equivalent Australian dollars prior to writing the
cheque.
Australian Postal Orders. These

Direct Funds Transfer. If you
would like to purchase by direct deposit into our bank account, please contact
us to request details. Please be aware that some banks charge a fee for transferring
money between accounts.

Freight & Delivery
We include freight in the initial price of most products so you won't
receive any nasty shocks. Some larger products require special shipping
arrangements, however you will be notified on the product page if an extra
charge applies. If you are concerned about freight charges, please contact
us so we can find the best solution.
Within Australia, your order will be sent by Australia Post Express and will
arrive within 1 - 4 days of your order confirmation.
Overseas, your order will be sent by Air Mail and will arrive within 4 - 21
days of your order confirmation.
We will contact you by email when your order has been dispatched.
Our products are packaged with care and we use recycled wrapping materials
whenever possible.
If you would like your order to be gift wrapped or delivered to a different
address, please use the comments field in your shopping cart or order
form.
